Hours of Operation, TEMPORARY changes starting March 23
Limiting hours is required at this time due to reduction in staff and to reduce exposure to the Covid-19 virus.
These hours may continue to change depending on our staff situation and further government changes.
Monday-Friday 7:30 am -7pm
Sunday 9 am-4 pm
Saturday- CLOSED
Tuesday and Thursday CLOSED from 7 pm-9 pm
To further update you on the Covid-19 protocols at the clinic, as of March 21:
- We are limiting appointments. We will no longer be scheduling non-urgent appointments or elective surgeries. If your pet is sick please call for an appointment. We will also do our best to provide advice over the phone or via email for concerns you are having with your pet.
- We will be calling currently booked appointments to inform them of these cancellations.
- Only 1 adult person is allowed to accompany the pet into the clinic.
- Please CALL when you arrive and we will escort you in when an exam room is available. If preferred or you are showing any signs of illness please let us know and we can bring your pet in for the exam and will then call you on the phone once the exam is completed.
- We will be locking the door and only allowing a limited number of people in the clinic at one time. In order to provide quicker service for you call ahead and prepay for any food or medications and we can deliver it to your vehicle when you arrive. Call when you arrive or ring the doorbell in our front entrance.
- Use hand sanitizer and/or soap and water while in the clinic and avoid touching unnecessary areas.
- If you would like to pick up food and/or prescriptions please CALL from your vehicle, we will take payment over the phone and deliver the item(s) to your vehicle. To provide quicker service call ahead to order and prepay. NO CASH PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME!
